HR practitioner appointments

HKBN names NiQ Lai COO Effective from 1 March 2017, NiQ Lai will be named chief operating officer at Hong Kong Broadband Network (HKBN). He will report directly to CEO and co-owner William Yeung.

Formerly the group’s chief talent and financial officer, Lai, in this expanded new role, will lead the group’s sales and marketing operations for the residential market while he retains executive oversight of his previous chief talent and financial officer responsibilities in finance, legal as well as talent engagement. RPO Jobs Logic welcomes Noora Rasib as senior recruiter Noora Rasib has joined RPO Jobs Logic as a senior recruiter starting in February. Rasib has over eight years of experience in the recruitment industry. Previous employers include Randstad and Quinnox Solutions. She continues to be based in Malaysia

Celia Tin is associate consultant at RecruitFirst Hong Kong After an internal transfer, Celia Tin is now associate consultant - retail & FMCG at RecruitFirst Hong Kong. Prior to this, she was associate consultant - human resources, at RecruitFirst's sister company HRnet One. Tin holds a degree in HR management. She is based in Hong Kong.
